The project focuses on the reactivation of the natural dynamics in the terrain vague of Anavyssos Salines, the installation of new facilities and the co-existence and interaction between these two factors.

The proposal uses the method of layering to organize the composition's elements and phasing to establish a development sequence. The main aims refer to the following:

- sanitation and protection of the wetland,

- interaction between the organically developed alophytic vegetation and the canonical artificial system of salt tanks, which benefits both landscape and human,

- utilization of the soil bank which supports the waterside avenue. A new hotel, a conference center and a public promenade are being installed

- development of a "new ground" for vacation housing, adapted on the landscape.
