Redefining the housing strategy in the city of Tokyo, which the time life of a building is almost twenty six years. The project is taking place in the crowded area of Shinjuku. The UNneighbor is a rearrangement of a superblock of the city. In the existing block there is the regional firewall and the housing area in the center of the block, where the houses are placed irregularly. The concept of moving the houses regionally creates an inner empty agricultural space and the vertical moving of the houses creates an empty space at the ground floor for other facilities. The residences are united without any external window incorporating the introversion of the Japanese habitant into the interior private patio. Therefore I have given the title UNneighbor, which is a huge neighborhood without any neighbors. This is a strategy for all the city of Tokyo.
